Flame v2 awesome preworkout. Tastes kinda like trash, but really not as bad as everyone makes it out to be.

Energy smacks you. You feel strong and the sense of urgency is fantastic. Definitely my type of preworkout. Although, on even just 1 scoop the energy can be so overwhelming at first you can’t focus. That dies down after about 45-60 min and from there it’s a smooth ride.

Definitely not for beginners, but if you love an intense preworkout this is for you. Pumps weren’t fantastic so I recommend mixing it with a pump formula (will help the taste as well). Not really a ton of euphoria or mood elevation.

Overall this is one of the most powerful preworkouts I’ve taken and I didn’t experience any side effects from it. Ended smoothly and didn’t mess up my whole day with irritability, anxiety or stomach issues like others report.

Pump Daddy V1 by Ryse is a pre workout that enhances power and lifting abilities in its user, delivering fantastic pumps and a good flavor (albeit a horrible smell).

A slight letdown, Panda v Gorilla is still a good product with good focus. The energy is somewhat lacking, however, and there is little to no mood elevation. Good flavor.

One of my all time favorites, Pandamic delivers great stimulation, thermo, and good energy from it’s extensive stim blend. With added mood elevation and an amazing flavor, this is a must try.

Very happy energy from the caffeine, dies off after 45min-1 hour, moderate to low thermo effect, 100mg caffeine version caused upset stomach multiple times during and after cardio training, no issues with higher stim version.

Very well-rounded pre workout with the illict ingredients of V1. Decent flavor, slightly euphoric mood elevation, good full pumps and decent energy.

The thermo effect on Flame V2 is absolutely no joke, and combined with a great and heavy stim blend, you will fly through your workouts with less crash than other Dark Labs products. Flavor is a war crime against humanity. Would recommend for high stim users

The classic high stim pre, OG Crack delivers a good boost of energy from the synergy of caffeine and DMAA, average pumps and some mood elevation, all while keeping a good flavor profile. Strong crash for 4-5 hours post workout. Would recommend for stim junkies.

While this product provides above average pumps, the texture is extremely chalky and ruins the drinking experience of any drink this is added to. Would not recommend, many better options for similar pricing.

Bucked Up delivers a poor label with slightly better results. There was no caffeine impact past 30 minutes, but slight mood elevation and pumps. The taste is absolutely incredible. Would recommend for beginners

Poor energy despite impressive label claims, moderate and lightly noticeable pumps. Absolutely no mood elevation, with an average and drinkable “blue venom” flavor. Do not recommend

The first thing I would like to say about Maniaco is that despite being a Dark Labs product. It doesn’t taste bad at all. I got cherry mango and maybe it’s because I like anything with cherries or mangoes, but it may also have to do with dark labs products being notoriously difficult to get down.

I’ve taken Maniaco four times since getting it. It’s become one of my favorites from the first experience. The label is not too crazy, it’s simple (which in most cases is better) and has what you really want out of a high stim pre-workout. To my surprise the DMHA and eria jarensis both come in at 300mg. I usually get around 200mg-250mg DMHA with a pre-workout. That extra nudge of DMHA makes a huge difference in everything. The euphoria you get from this is pretty intense, solid mood elevation, and it feels all around really clean despite the 2mg alpha yohimbine.

I gave it four stars for the pumps, the L-citrulline comes in at 10 GRAMS! Which is amazing, and you really feel it working halfway through the set.

I feel like each time I take it, the experience gets better and better.

At the time of writing this review, I’ve tried it twice. I’ve always been told that DMBA needs longer rest periods than other stims like DMHA for example. The first time I had this, I was trying to compare it to Euphoria by star labs nutrition. I did read some reviews beforehand because I had read that Crack Barbarian was very strong… it is. The first time I took it, I did the full scoop, wanting to get the full experience. Nothing bad happened, the intensity of my workout was through the roof! It’s one of those pre-workout formulas that make you never want to leave the gym. I went straight to lifting without a cardio warm-up, the energy and focus was intense!

The key hitters in this would be DMHA, eria jarensis extract, DMBA, halostachine, and alpha yohimbine. In comparison to euphoria by star labs, it’s an entirely different beast! Euphoria is my favorite DMBA pre-workout but without DMHA. The workout was so intense for the hour and a half I was lifting that after a while I realized I was seemingly just looking for stuff to do. I felt great, mood was boosted, music sounded great, there was no complaints about the full scoop dosage..: except for the fact that when it was over, I felt like I needed to do more and decided to do a half scoop on the next workout.

The 2nd time I took this, I listened to myself and did a half scoop. This was a much more manageable boost to the energy and mood than a full scoop for me, definitely my sweet spot for this formula. On the 2nd run, I spent about the same amount of time in the gym, but maybe slightly less time lifting.

I will say this about any DMBA centered pre-workout formula… The DMBA crash makes me sleepy. That’s the one side effect that I get out of this and it is actually welcomed. It makes it actually easier for me to sneak in a 30 minute nap on the couch before starting work (typically in the gym at 4am and working by 8:30am). I didn’t get this type of crash off the half scoop, although it is not an unpleasant side effect as I mentioned.

The flavor I got was juicy grape and honestly it seems like it’s the way to go. It wasn’t any tropical or candy like flavor, it’s just like a fake grape drink you would get with school lunch with some medicine aftertaste. I was actually surprised because it could have tasted much worse.

I’ve been using crack gold since January 2024. I’m very fond of this one and keep it listed as one of my top 3 pre-workouts. High intensity aggression and focus in the gym. I’ve described this feeling as wanting to run through walls or play catch with dumbbells when you take it.

The label claims 100mg DMAA, 200mg DMHA, and 300mg of eria jarensis. The pumps are not fantastic with citrulline mallate (2:1) 5000mg being a dead giveaway that they had to make room for all the stims including the 3 types of caffeine and the snaky little 1 milligram of alpha yo they put in.

I got rainbow candy flavor. It’s absolutely terrible tasting, like a cross between mashed illicit drugs and medication with a fruity candy taste in attempt to cover it up. You should not be buying this one for the taste!

I’m saying this as a panda affiliate and someone who has been more than thrilled with main staples of panda like Pandamic or skull. Rampage is another type of staple from Panda but their approach to marketing is a bit off.

Firstly, this is a very heavy nootropic blend with really decent pumps. The full dose will give you 3200mg of beta alanine but 6000mg of citrulline malate (2:1). The betaine anhydrous makes up for the weak L-citrulline at 2500mg.

Secondly, in the way they market this as “INSANELY HIGH STIM” and “OUTRAGEOUS ENERGY” is kinda bogus.

I was going to write a review for this on my website but after being sorely disappointed by the energy and performance in the gym, I decided not to. It would just not be a good look for an affiliate… I was not very thrilled with the energy, it felt like the energy that I had in the morning was the same energy I put out in the gym.

The first time I took this I had a headache that lasted all day… I gave the benefit of doubt and have tried it twice since then with no headache, but same poor energy output.

The motivation and energy is not there, what is there is the focus and mood elevation.

I said to my buddy in the gym “this is more like something I would take before practicing tai chi forms”. No digs on tai chi, I been practicing for years and this would truly work great to squeeze out an hour or two of actual hard work tai chi training.

Not for the gym. Maybe for yoga. Not for deadlifts. Maybe pilates, not the bench press. I would take this at work and maybe I should. It does give you that floating kind of feeling with the kanna and L-dopa in the ingredients. Then again the ingredients panel is so big it would be hard to narrow down where it’s actually coming from. This is not a good one for the gym. I feel like it’s misrepresented in a big way. If you dig nootropic ingredients, this might make a good daily for you but I would pick Skull by panda over this.

The flavor if dragon’s blood is okay, it has a heavy jasmine or lavender taste that I can’t pinpoint. Goes well with ice cold water.

I’ve made crack daily my official daily over the past couple of months. It’s become my favorite daily driver, especially when I stack on extra alpha yo. I was originally not very fond of this being my daily, I was using it once or twice a week when I first got it. Originally it would make me feel like I was working out with a hangover and using adderall to get through it. If you’ve felt this from experience, than you know what I mean…

Whatever it was that was making me feel kinda foggy has certainly lifted and turned into mood elevation, to the point where I am eager to take this before a workout or a maintenance routine.

The citrulline comes in at 5000mg and Beta-alanine at 4000mg is enough for a pre-workout to exist on its own. I really like the high dose of the beta-alanine, the tingles come on pretty strong and stick around for a good hour into the workout.

Caffeine comes in a good healthy 300mg dose. Dicaffeine malate at 75% of 75mg for the long acting caffeine and 50% of 75mg caffeine citrate for that fast immediate acting caffeine that seems to kick around the same time the beta tingles kick.

Theobromine in the caffeine family a good dose at 75mg gives a feel good headbuzz with the caffeine kick.

The star of the show is 1.5mg of Alpha yo and since this is a daily blend… “daily blend”… that’s an appropriate level. Not too much and just enough for some that may be sensitive to alpha yohimbine.

I got monstrous sangria for the flavor, it doesn’t taste like sangria but the mystery fruity taste has grown on me. This is one of the dark labs better tasting formulas, I have nothing to complain about.

Scoop weighs 14 grams but the serving size 17.3 grams.

Strong Beta alanine. Energy flow kicks in quick, Tummy warmth , feeling good, euphoria that comes in waves and waves. Mood elevation

Focused on workout, task driven, Getting shit done type of pre workout.

Post workout still on One. Urgency is still there but not annoying or strong.

Pumps were ok. Not the best like in Crack Purple.

Overall 10/10 experience. Once a week max.

To me, Pandamic is still Panda’s best pre workout and I’ve tried quite a few of them.

It’s not overly stimmed so is safe for a daily driver experience. To me it’s a high end daily in terms of energy and strength outputs.

A lot of caffeine based pres don’t really hit me hard but I can feel the energy coming on with Pandamic. The energy is an instant pick up and a slap though a lighter one. I feel good while using this product and afterwards as well. Pumps are decent, not outstanding. Focus is decent but not outstanding. This is something I would recommend as a step up from the Total Wars and Bucked Up but not going down the crazy path. Despite all my pres I will come back to this one and it still works. Flavor is outstanding

Too intense of a product for me. There are certainly people who will love this preworkout. It’s super high energy and hard hitting. Will have you in the gym for hours not feeling any pain or fatigue.

Taste is not great and the pumps are gonna be good because you’re working so hard. Too much heart rate elevation and sense of urgency for me on this one.

It’s a lot or aggression and a blast of energy. One of the few preworkouts that made me crash later in the day. I prefer a smoother workout experience and even though this was a fun time I will probably not purchase this product again.

I saw a lot of hype around this product and figured I’d pick up a sample. Energy came on strong with some decent mood elevation. The pumps were okay, but nothing to write home about. Really good focus.

Flavor wasn’t really for me, but nothing too terrible. This preworkout definitely had an illicit feeling to it that will put you in the zone. I had great focus and energy while I was in the gym.

I had a great workout using this product, but there was a few drawbacks that made me not want to buy this product again. Gave me a really elevated heart rate and too much of a “crackhead” feeling energy after the workout. When I got home I was running around and couldn’t get my brain to calm down for several hours.

There are definitely some people who will enjoy this product and what it provides. It isn’t a terrible preworkout by any means, but it can have some annoying side effects.

Among the best daily pres. glad dark labs made a daily.

Really big fan of this preworkout. Taste isn’t great, but who cares just drink it. Great sense of euphoria and focus during my lift that kept up the entire time I was in the gym.

There is nothing going here for pumps so you probably want to stack with a pump formula if that’s something you’re looking for.

Not something I would use more than a couple times a week and definitely not for beginners. Energy hit me hard and fast and then smoothed out nicely and had some solid mood elevation. Not much of a crash and felt good all day. Will definitely be purchasing this preworkout again!

A little bit intense for a fat burner for me. Very high energy with not much in the way of pumps. Makes you sweat like crazy, which is a bonus for me, but might not be for all.

I used this one for a cardio day and it gave me a huge boost of energy and hit pretty quickly. Definitely helped me get more output during my cardio session and kept me buzzing for hours.

That being said I didn’t love the way it made me feel. Too much of a sense of urgency can get me irritated. I prefer a more calm focused energy in my preworkouts. It’s not a bad pre, just not the right one for me.

I am a pretty big fan of this one. Takes a little while to kick in, but once it does things really take off. Energy and focus are good, they last a long time and have you pushing hard during your workout.

Flavor is doable and pumps are decent, but nothing amazing. Heart rate was a little higher than I would like and it gave me a good sense of energy for several hours even after the gym.

Only had a sample of this one, but I will buy a tub next time I need a new product. Good mood elevation and really good focus. Another hitter by dark labs.
