A great pump formula by itself, gives good juicy pumps thanks to the HydroPrime Glycerol and really shines the best when paired with a good stim formula, tho I would avoid adding a full serving to a pre that already contains a good dose of beta alanine and/or L citrulline because sometimes less is more. Perfect for late workouts given that the beta alanine tingling is very noticeable which can help you get motivated without stimming you out and impacting your sleep.
The flavors are extremely good like with every Alpha Lion product, and while not a big fan of mango flavors the Mango Veiniac was very nice and not too sweet, tho the blueberry mojito is my favorite and the one I’d stick to.
Also be careful with storing it because it will easily change consistency from powdery to wet-sand like if exposed to moisture (I learned that the hard way).
A great non stim pump formula. Nice amount of beta analine to give the coming up rush, load of pump ingredients and lions mane for cognition. The pump was huge, had my delts popping through bicep preacher curls. Mixes easily, no lumps.

Good pump formula. Beta is strong in this one. Flavor is great
Solid pumps. Good flavor that’s easy to drink. I usually only need to take one scoop of this and stack it with the pwo of the days. The flavor is easy to mix with any pwo, but who cares!
Has a good nootropic blend and adds to the focus of any preworkout. Probably can be taken alone as it has all of the necessary ingredients, but I have never tried it alone.
I wouldn’t say that the pumps are skin tearing, but this definitely works as a pump formula and I will be purchasing again.
