I wasn’t as big of fan of Crack Gold as a lot of people are. I’ve still got a tub for almost 4 years ago that I will run on occasion(1-2x yearly). I bought into the hype when I started getting into pres.

The energy is good and solid but not over the top. Focus is good on this as well. I didn’t get much mood elevation out of it or that great of pumps either. It’s an ok high stim pre but nothing special or to covet. I liked the purple tub much better in all aspects even though the energy was dialed back slightly. I don’t know if I jut bought too much into the hype or if it just didn’t hit as well for me as others. It’s good, it’s fine but there are better and for a better price tag. This doesn’t do anything better than other high stims I’ve had

Dark Labs Crack Gold offers a more balanced, smooth energy profile. It’s slightly less intense than Crack Diamond but still provides strong energy along with solid vascularity and pump effects. There’s a noticeable mood boost that keeps you motivated without overwhelming euphoria, making it a good choice for those who want a steady, focused workout. The flavor is manageable, making it easier to drink than other high-stim options.

Highness galore! Euphoria! Physical energy! Mood elevation. Cheesing in the gym. Hitting PRs. Pumps are solid. Flavor decent. This thing is next level. Hands down one of the best ever created. You’ll feel strong from the alpha yo and caffeine. You’ll enjoy your music from DMAA and DMHA

Probably the strongest pre I’ve ever used, the energy is insane, but put me in survival mode instead of elevating my mood. Pumps are so-so and flavor is bad. For stim junkies only!

This is my second favorite PWO, close behind Zeus. Taste is meh. This gave me the highest heart rate spike of any I’ve taken prior. That paired with constant mouth watering for around 30 minutes were the only 2 negatives.

The salivating was the kind you get before you throw up, so that kind of spooked me. But don’t worry just drink plenty of water.

After around 1.5 – 2 hours the heart rate settled. Around 3 hours after ingesting while sitting on my couch, I began to feel a floating sensation. Similar to Zeus except I find Zeus’ more relaxing.

All in all amazing focus and energy that gave me one of the best chest and back days possible. Pumps were mediocre. Very much looking forward to pairing this with Bloodbath for a better pump, which also should decrease the heart rate spike. That combo sounds out of this world.

Focus, strength, and energy greatly enhanced. Would definitely recommend this pre for anyone trying to go all out. This will keep you going for hours and it’s an extremely smooth experience. The “high/euphoria” wasn’t there for me but I certainly knew it was working. When I finished my workout after going pretty hard, I still decided to do cardio afterward, (I never do this) I just felt like I had so much energy left and didn’t want it to go to waste.

No crash, taste is fine and I personally don’t feel any mood difference besides wanting to lift more.

THE strongest pre workout I’ve ever taken, too much for me personally. Bad taste and negative mood impact, but good pumps and energy. Would recommend for stim junkies

I’ve been using crack gold since January 2024. I’m very fond of this one and keep it listed as one of my top 3 pre-workouts. High intensity aggression and focus in the gym. I’ve described this feeling as wanting to run through walls or play catch with dumbbells when you take it.

The label claims 100mg DMAA, 200mg DMHA, and 300mg of eria jarensis. The pumps are not fantastic with citrulline mallate (2:1) 5000mg being a dead giveaway that they had to make room for all the stims including the 3 types of caffeine and the snaky little 1 milligram of alpha yo they put in.

I got rainbow candy flavor. It’s absolutely terrible tasting, like a cross between mashed illicit drugs and medication with a fruity candy taste in attempt to cover it up. You should not be buying this one for the taste!

Experience :

Strong Beta alanine. Energy flow kicks in quick, Tummy warmth , feeling good, euphoria that comes in waves and waves. Mood elevation

Happy vibes

Focused on workout, task driven, Getting shit done type of pre workout.

Post workout still on One. Urgency is still there but not annoying or strong.

Pumps were ok. Not the best like in Crack Purple.

Overall 10/10 experience. Once a week max.

Very good, feels similar to purple to me. Maybe a bit more mood elevation with this one. Good energy and focus
