Okay energy for about an hour. Taste was meh. Definitely gave some appetite suppressing. Idk if it was this or random happening, but I didn’t feel tired at all, the night of taking this pre. Couldn’t sleep

Very happy energy from the caffeine, dies off after 45min-1 hour, moderate to low thermo effect, 100mg caffeine version caused upset stomach multiple times during and after cardio training, no issues with higher stim version.
