Total War was being sold at $12 per tub a few months back. Single scoops good, doubles or singles combined with other preworkouts fire me up quite a bit more.

"Loaded up serving size of Total War. Scooper in Gorilla overs scoops, said F it, scaled out two servings of gorilla. Protein shake, electrolytes, half hour later good to go. Pounded out a good workout. Went for a 3 1/2 hour trailrun/hike up and down Mt. Hashikamidake with friends. Still good. No real crash."
