Scoop/Taste/Mixing- flavor was Jawz Breaker, a new flavor to me. V1 has been good with flavor in my past uses. This one tastes like watered down and sweetened up Blue Raspberry. No negative aftertaste, it was pretty good. Scoop was pretty bang on and it mixed well, no issues here.
Energy- Nice energy flow, I wasn’t expecting a huge slap so I was pleasantly surprised that it was plenty for leg day. Urgency was good but I didn’t notice an immediate warning to up a move. Beta alanine was very apparent though at 5g, I felt it on both days and im lucky to feel it one every couple of weeks in taking pres. Heart rate was up but not sky high or affecting breathing. Movement between sets was fluid and energy last through workout. I would say medium high that more than held up to what I needed. Didn’t crash and remained consistent throughout the day but with no other stimulants
Endurance/power output- Good power output and explosiveness out of the hole in squats and off chest in incline as well as shoulder press. Pulls moved nicely as well. Explosiveness last throughout session. Quick recovery between sets. No winding down no grinding at the end. Good betaine dose.
Focus-Focus was solid. Form was good throughout movements. Kept on task, little to no distractions.
Pumps- Pumps were hard and vascular. First time seeing the patented ingredient R3TONIC in a pre, couldn’t find out much about it doing research but had epicatechin in it and I respond well to it so their was plenty of vascularity for me. Good pump compound. Chest was full
Overall- Great product. Was going to just run it and write up a quick review but I really enjoyed it so ran it a second day in a row. Much the same results for lower and upper workouts. I’m a fan of V1’s formulas and was not let down. Was surprised it held up well to what I threw at it seeing I’m looking for different things on different days; this has good versatility
