Average flavor. Physical energy from alpha yo steals the show. Stack your pumps there are no pumps in this just stim bomb. I’d say 350 mg caffeine with 1-2 mg alpha yo. Some focus and great sweats. Great for chest day or legs
The newer versions seems to be no – pumps, high stim pres while the one I had (with the black top on) was low/medium stim with some ok pumps. Nothing out of this world. You’d have to double scoop this to get some good effects out of which cuts down the servings to 17.5.
Overall I’d get Psychotic Gold over this any day of the week as it is higher stim and still has some really good pumps. At least the flavor was very nice, very light.
Simple, yet hard hitting, high energy pre workout. Caffeine +Alpha Yo Bomb!
It’s one of my go to pre workouts when I’m looking for heavy workout sessions when I need to hit PR’s, aggression, high energy, short and sweet. It kicks in relatively fast. I’d say, energy and urgency kicks in, along with beta alanine at the same time. It’s a proprietary blend, but who cares when it works, with just lil 5 grams scoop. It will wake you out of the dead, turn you into work horse. No death feeling, no alpha yo nose runs or side effects for me.
Flavor I have is fruit punch. It’s nice. No chemical after taste or bitterness. It’s 35 servings and for 34$. Best bang for your buck. It’s a solid choice for who likes high stim pre workout and Alpha Yohimbine.
7/10 stim junkie daily. Real nice alpha yo buzz. Probably 400 caffeine. No pumps so you can stack. Will definitely do the job. Excited to try psychotic saw next
