Panta is a very well priced, basic necessary mix of pre-workout ingredients. It has caffeine, citrulline, beta allanine, taurine, and agmatine. It has a few added bonuses like alpha GPC at 300mg, theobromine at 100mg and huperzine at 20mcg. Caffeine has 2 types between anyhydrous and green coffee, totaling at 450mg. I paid $35 at the time from Panda Supps but I think even now the price went lower to $30.
It’s absolutely worth having to keep around when you are taking a break from high stim pre-workouts. On a few occasions I’ve taken it when needing an energy boost or an energy drink and realized I didn’t have any beta-alanine that day. I primarily have been using it as the ‘C’ in my ECA stacks and once or twice have thrown alpha yo capsules in with euphoria capsules to make a much more intense workout. There’s a lot to be said about Panta as it is stackable and transferable. They beta alanine tingles are there but are pretty mild, the caffeine is a good boost with the theobromine, and alpha gpc is another ingredient becoming more prominent in energy drinks these days. There’s just enough alpha gpc to gain focus enough to see the workout through.
The flavor is reindeer blood and the artwork is always cool as hell coming from Panda. Reindeer’s blood tastes more like a fruit punch, the flavor is not bad at all, especially for a pre-workout! It actually tastes like a fruit punch, although the consistency is chalky. There’s plenty of other pre-workouts that cost more and have less ingredients and or potency (alani-nu comes to mind). This going for $30-$35 direct from the source is a great deal and a good start if you want to stack your pre-workouts
