Helios is a hard hitter DMHA pre.

Taste is very good. Lacks on pumps

Effects: 5-10 minutes into taking pre, medium Beta alanine and strong sense of urgency kicked in, and pretty much didn’t leave for 30 minutes. At first it was on a lil jittery side but then true DMHA buzz came in. After that strong focus followed. Weights felt light. Good flow of energy, strength through out the workout. Not that on a higher than kite mood elevation side, like in TJ’s review, but it’s makes you productive as hell. Post workout felt good. No stimmy willy. Low to medium appetite suppression
