Lots of energy with the different caffeine sources and then the dynamine. endurance from the rhodioprime. mediocre pump since there’s only two pump ingredients. i’d say these ingredients add good blood flow to the formula rather than pump inducing. Stack with a pump product if you’re looking for a splitting pump. I can feel all the ingredients which tells me its from good sources. I mainly use this for legs and/or heavy back day. Flavor is awesome. LAP has amazing flavors; sometimes sweet to heavy sweet but I drink supps for their benefits not their tastiness.
