For Stim junkies only. I’ve only ever tried the current version 3 so I can’t speak for the previous versions. But this pre smacks you hard.Almost too hard.Might heart rate was to elevated and felt uncomfortable at times.You are definitely sweating as well.You do get a good mood elevation and the 2 amino in here is the real deal. I’ve found that stacking this with a good pump formula like Apollon nutrition bloodsport helps tremendously with bringing down the elevated heart rate feeling. Taste is terrible but I don’t really care how bad any pre tastes. Can’t say I’d recommend this pre to anyone.Dont hate it but don’t love it either.
Flame is very energetic and euphoric, the pump isn’t there and the flavor is bad

Flame V3 is what i have, this is one super illicit high intensity pre workout, definitely not for beginners. The taste was pretty bad but whatever because the effects are incredible!!! The scoop is very small but do not be deceived, i slightly overscooped one time and i got nauseous after my workout, i would recommend 3/4 scoop for a perfect high intensity super euphoric,but agressive pre workout…. this stuff slaps so be prepared!!’
Only negative was it started clumping badly and eventually turned into taffy/gum …
Heart attack in a bag, the miniscule amount of powder I got in the sample made me underestimate this pre. Great explosive and raw energy in here but unfortunately nothing on the side of pumps. Still gonna get a full tub asap since it’d be perfect for my outdoor trips.
Took in the morning and had me buzzing all day. Amazing energy, focus, and mood elevation. Typical dark labs W. Add a pump on top of this, and it’s a huge win. Taste is not great, but the workout is worth it.
Flame v2 awesome preworkout. Tastes kinda like trash, but really not as bad as everyone makes it out to be.
Energy smacks you. You feel strong and the sense of urgency is fantastic. Definitely my type of preworkout. Although, on even just 1 scoop the energy can be so overwhelming at first you can’t focus. That dies down after about 45-60 min and from there it’s a smooth ride.
Definitely not for beginners, but if you love an intense preworkout this is for you. Pumps weren’t fantastic so I recommend mixing it with a pump formula (will help the taste as well). Not really a ton of euphoria or mood elevation.
Overall this is one of the most powerful preworkouts I’ve taken and I didn’t experience any side effects from it. Ended smoothly and didn’t mess up my whole day with irritability, anxiety or stomach issues like others report.
The thermo effect on Flame V2 is absolutely no joke, and combined with a great and heavy stim blend, you will fly through your workouts with less crash than other Dark Labs products. Flavor is a war crime against humanity. Would recommend for high stim users

Really big fan of this preworkout. Taste isn’t great, but who cares just drink it. Great sense of euphoria and focus during my lift that kept up the entire time I was in the gym.
There is nothing going here for pumps so you probably want to stack with a pump formula if that’s something you’re looking for.
Not something I would use more than a couple times a week and definitely not for beginners. Energy hit me hard and fast and then smoothed out nicely and had some solid mood elevation. Not much of a crash and felt good all day. Will definitely be purchasing this preworkout again!
